IKKYMART use of personal information that you may submit to IKKYMART through this Web site is governed by the IKKYMART Privacy Policy.

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options. IKKYMART reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. All our products are covered by the IKKYMART Guarantee. If you are not happy with your item send it back within 30 days under the following return policies:

• Restocking Fee of a minimum of a 20%, The Restocking Fee may be higher depending on the conditions in which the item is returned or when the item is returned after 10 days of the return authorization.

• Returned Item must be in new and resalable condition, original box, all paperwork, certificates and installation instructions must accompany the Item.

• Your returned Item must be free of scratches, dents and defects resulting from careless, improper handling or abuse.

• We do not accept returns on products that have been Installed.

• No returns of Parts.

• We no longer accept returns on Parts and Accessories.

• All the Returns is limited to 30 days from the Date of Item Received. After this period your WARRANTY is with the Manufacture of the Product.

• Please be sure to retain tracking information and use shipping insurance on your Return Package.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments. Please use an adequate amount of shipping insurance on your return package.

• We will be glad to exchange your Item for a different model. Please be aware that you will be responsible for incoming as well as outgoing shipment costs on exchanges

• All returned units that "Do Not Work or Defective Product" will be thoroughly inspected by our Department Technicians. If working then we will assume that the Item worked at your location. We will apply charge like devolution.

• Sorry, we do not return original shipping fees. If free shipping for you, then we will deduct our original cost of shipping to you from any refund.

Please follow these easy steps to receive your refund on a timely basis: Contact us by Email To request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Our warehouse must receive your returned merchandise within next 10 days of us issuing you an RMA number. Note that any merchandise sent back or returned without an authorization number is subject to rejection and returned to you or put on HOLD in wait of finishing the Return Process.

SOME ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE IF THE PRODUCT IS USED, SCRATCHED OR DAMAGED. Shipping charges are non refundable. Returns are completely at our discretion. If you are not sure what the return policy is for a certain item, then please inquire before you make your purchase. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization, issued by either IKKYMART or our vendor that shipped your goods. Returned authorizations must be received from IKKYMART only. For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. IKKYMART Shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are Non-Refundable.
