: How do I place an Order?
: After selecting the product(s), the system will guide you until the order is finalized, make sure that the selected product is the correct one and the one you want to buy: the quantity, the size, and the shipping method. When you are completely sure, click on the Buy It Now button. The button can be found on the product description page.
: Can I change my Order?
: Yes, you can change the order, always before the product has been shipped and within 24 hours of being ordered.
: What are your Payment Methods?
: We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover), Shopify payments, and Amazon Pay.
: What is the currency of the Store?
: Prices are displayed in the store in your local currency depending on your (GEO IP Address) for the customer for your convenience. However during the checkout process the customer will be billed in USD. Your Bank or Card Service will provide an automatic conversion depending on your current conversion rates.
: Where are your items Shipped From?
: A high percentage of the orders are shipped from our warehouse in the USA, but we also embark from other countries such as China, South Korea, Japan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.
: Can I change my shipping address?
: No, in order to reduce fraud we always ship the products to the same address as the used card. Please make sure that the information you provide is correct, we are not responsible for forgiveness or no delivery if the address is not correct or changed.

: Our handling time is extremely short and depends largely on the type of shipment you select and the availability of the product, but is usually shipped from the same day up to 5 business days.
