All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock when you place your order, we'll notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.


2. Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the USA, Canada, and Mexico. Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to any other international destinations at this time.


3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided once your order is placed. Please note that these are estimates, starting from the date of shipping (not the order date), and serve as a guide only.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 15 business days from the date you place it. A business day is Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Keep in mind that we do not ship on Sundays.

The actual delivery date might vary due to the carrier's shipping practices, your delivery location, the chosen shipping method, and the specific items ordered. Some products in your order might also be delivered in separate shipments.

6. Damaged Items in Transport
