You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days (typically 5-7 business days).
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company as it may take time for the refund to officially post.

7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same item, please send us an email at ikkymartstore@gmail.com.
8. Gifts

Direct Gift: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned item is received.

Gift Giver Received First: If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
